Other than that, its all about being ready for everything and planning my whole programme at all points. I've ordered the book to and the journal to help me on my journey. Day one is today and so far so good. I've been to the gym and worked on my upper body. I'll do my first weigh in tomorrow and take my before photographs. Quite excited really. One of the hardest things will be having to get a taxi to my chosen gym every day as its too far away to walk but I want this so I'm willing. :-)

Weight Gain in Celiac Disease &
