Foods You Can is born

Foods You Can was established in April 2009. After being diagnosed in 2004 with a range of food intolerances and allergies, the owner began her own research into the understanding of allergies and intolerances. Whilst looking for foods to eat it was found that information was hard to come by and was generally sparsely populated.

Shopping trips got longer and longer as time was spent reviewing and reading ingredients on all products. With such a diverse range of intolerances and products available shopping no longer seemed fun. It soon became the dreaded weekly chore.

Visits to doctors and dieticians also seemed quite complicated, with such a small amount of time allocated for visits and feeling alienated and lost it was time for a change.

Foods You Can is born

Foods You Can has been created to make your life easier for everyone. Foods You Can makes it easier to get the information that you need.

The website can help you to gain information on any health concerns that you may have. You may be allergic, intolerant, a diabetic, have high cholesterol, are a parent of a baby or child with food intolerance/allergies or you just want more information on losing weight/gaining weight or perhaps you train at the gym and you want more information on nutritional supplements. No matter what your situation, Foods You Can is here to help you reduce the time spent in the supermarket, surfing the internet/reading leaflets for information.

Now you don’t need to wonder where you can buy your favourite foods/products from. The Foods You Can website provides information on different foods and where you can buy them from. So whether you are looking for Gluten, Wheat, Soya, Yeast, Lactose, Dairy, Sugar free etc foods or you have certain health concerns such as Diabetes then this website will work for you.

We have even included a bespoke advanced food search option which allows you to break down further where you can purchase exact foods from. So for example you may be looking for foods that are Gluten, Dairy and Soya free. Once you input exactly which ingredients you don’t want, the bespoke search will bring up the available foods and where you can buy them from. The website also allows you to review the different products and even add foods to the list of products. It couldn’t be easier :-).
